1. Introduction
Welcome to TikPink ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit tikpink.com (the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
You may use public tools without an account or create an account to access member features. Account information may include your email address, security settings, account status, and PinkJeton transaction history. Links submitted to a tool are processed to provide the requested result and may appear in short-lived operational and security records.
If you contact support or report a tool problem, we collect the category, subject, message, optional contact details, and your preference about receiving a reply. A tool-problem report may also include a diagnostic screenshot when you consent to its capture.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies and third-party advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Device Information: Screen resolution, device type, and browser language preferences for optimizing your experience.
- Session and Presence Data: An essential random session identifier, IP address, Cloudflare-provided country and available location headers, pages visited, first and last activity times, active duration, IP or country changes, tool submissions, result status, download actions, and security risk indicators such as Tor or suspected proxy/VPN changes. A link or username submitted to a tool may be kept in this short-lived activity timeline so an authorized administrator can investigate failures and abuse. Sensitive detailed fields, including submitted links and usernames, are encrypted at rest using authenticated encryption.
- Support Diagnostics: When you send a report, we associate it with server-observed date and time, page and tool, recent operation status, a protected visitor-session reference, IP address, browser information, available Cloudflare request metadata, and your TikPink account when you are signed in. Diagnostic screenshots are optional, treated as untrusted uploads, sanitized, converted to a safe image format, and stored outside the public website.
- Aggregate Statistics: Daily member and anonymous visitor counts and numerical action totals are stored separately without IP addresses, session identifiers, submitted links, page history, or other visitor-level details.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the video downloading service
- To detect browser language and display the site in your preferred language
- To analyze usage patterns and improve our Service
- To display relevant advertisements through Google AdSense and other ad networks
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and ensure site security
- To respond to support requests and diagnose reported tool failures
- To investigate incidents, enforce our terms, and establish or defend legal claims where necessary
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect information:
- Google AdSense: Displays personalized or non-personalized ads. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your browsing history. Google Privacy Policy
- Google Analytics: Collects anonymized usage statistics. Opt-out
- Cloudflare: Provides CDN and security services.
- TimeWall and other reward providers: When you choose to open a third-party earning experience, TikPink may send an opaque partner identifier and receive transaction identifiers, reward amounts, status, and anti-fraud information needed to verify or reverse a PinkJeton reward. The provider processes activity, profile, eligibility, and optional payment information under its own privacy policy. TikPink does not receive or store full payment-card details from a provider-hosted checkout.
5. Data Retention
Detailed session, submitted-link or username, IP, location, security-event, support diagnostic, and support screenshot records are retained for up to 90 days by default. Closed support correspondence and its audit history may be retained for up to 365 days so we can track resolutions and recurring problems; expired screenshots and technical context are removed earlier. Expired details are then deleted automatically or by an authorized administrator. Identifier-free daily visitor totals may be retained for long-term statistical reporting and never contain submitted links or usernames. A specific record may be preserved longer where required for an active security incident, legal obligation, or legal claim. Account, PinkJeton ledger, and verified partner-transaction records may be retained for the life of the account and as otherwise required by law, including to prevent duplicate credits, investigate fraud, and process reversals. Downloaded media is not stored permanently on our origin servers.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Withdraw consent for cookie-based tracking
