By accessing or using TikPink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TikPink provides tools for working with publicly available TikTok content, including downloading, discovery, profile, music, analysis, and member-only features. Some eligible member actions use PinkJeton, TikPink's internal service credit.
3. PinkJeton Service Credits
PinkJeton is an internal TikPink service credit used only for eligible features identified by TikPink. It is not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, a security, an investment, or a bank balance. PinkJeton has no independent cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold, or transferred between members unless TikPink expressly provides such a feature.
Our priority is to provide useful ways for members to earn PinkJeton without payment. Eligible methods may include email verification rewards, daily check-ins, referrals, tasks, partner offers, and limited-time activities. Availability, eligibility, and reward amounts may change. A feature's PinkJeton cost is shown before confirmation whenever a balance will be charged.
Rewards may remain pending until TikPink or a third-party provider confirms completion. Duplicate, erroneous, fraudulent, reversed, refunded, or charged-back transactions may be corrected in the PinkJeton ledger. PinkJeton access may be restricted where required for security, abuse prevention, account status, age, location, or applicable law. Any mandatory rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
4. Third-Party Reward Providers
TikPink may link members to independent reward providers such as offerwalls. Those providers decide which activities, optional paid packages, prices, payment methods, eligibility rules, verification requirements, and refund terms are available. Optional paid packages displayed by a provider are not required to earn PinkJeton and are not a direct sale by TikPink. The provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to your interaction with it.
TikPink credits a partner reward only after receiving and validating the provider's confirmation. A pending or displayed provider balance is not a TikPink PinkJeton balance. Provider reversals or chargebacks may result in a corresponding PinkJeton ledger adjustment.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Only download content that is publicly available on TikTok
- Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators
- Not use downloaded content for commercial purposes without proper authorization from the original creator
- Not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in bulk
6. Intellectual Property
All content downloaded through TikPink belongs to the original creators. TikPink does not claim ownership of any content accessed through our Service. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any downloaded content.
The TikPink name, logo, and website design are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Copyright & DMCA
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted content is being made available through our Service without authorization, please contact us at dmca@tikpink.com with:
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The URL of the infringing content
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Accuracy or reliability of any content obtained through the Service
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TikPink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
10. Third-Party Content
TikPink does not host, store, or control the content available on TikTok. We act solely as a technical intermediary. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party content.
11. Advertising
The Service displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or any transactions you may have with advertisers.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
