Does switching hashtag tabs create another paid search?
No. Every hashtag result in the completed report is loaded from the same search. Moving between tabs or the hashtag menu does not create another provider request or PinkJeton charge.
How long is my report available?
A completed report remains available in your account for seven days. You can delete it sooner whenever you want. Saved hashtags remain until you remove them.
Why can a hashtag return no videos?
A hashtag may be private, unavailable, misspelled or may have no public videos available from the current source. Other hashtags in the same request can still complete normally.
Is a completed search charged when a hashtag has no videos?
Yes. PinkJeton pays for the completed provider search, not a guaranteed number of results. TikPink automatically refunds the applicable portion only when a hashtag search fails for a technical reason.
Does TikPink send video files through a datacenter proxy?
No. Datacenter proxies are reserved for search metadata requests. Video preview and download traffic uses TikPink’s media delivery path, with a server fallback if the edge path is temporarily unavailable.
